January 28-29, 2017: Matthew 18:21-23 - Is there a statute of limitation on forgiveness? Is there a point where a Christian can say, "I can no longer forgive"? When Jesus was posed that question, His answer brings us perhaps Christianity's greatest challenge of all.
Matthew 18:28-35 - It has been said that unforgiveness is 'a poison we drink, hoping the other person dies'. Yet all to often, we still withhold forgiveness from one another. If we truly accept the forgiveness offered to us through Jesus' work on the cross, and the peace of Christ dwells within us, shouldn't that change how we forgive others?

January 14-15, 2017: Matthew 18:23-27 - As a new year begins, few things make us new like leaving the past behind. And few things hold us back like unresolved hurt. As Christians, the power of forgiveness that we receive through the cross is what frees us from the past and liberates us to the future. It is no longer our past that defines us, but Christ.
