August 4 & 5 , 2018 - Lot was Abraham’s nephew – and when they couldn’t get along, they divided their wealth and separated. Yet Abraham never took his eye off Lot and ensured his safety when Lot came under attack. During their escape Lot and his wife had one command – “Don’t look back.” But Lot’s wife did. To her peril. When obeying God, we must always remember to keep our eyes forward towards Christ and not on the life from which we are escaping.
