Some would say, we are a “chip off the ol’ block.” The faithfulness, loyalty, and loving nature of God, becomes our nature, too. We see this powerful demonstration of love, loyalty, faithfulness, and sacrifice as we walk with Ruth & Naomi in our passage. It is the witness that when we are loyal and loving in our relationships, we are imitating God’s faithfulness, too.
