Sunday, August 28, 2022 - Sin in our lives doesn’t just happen. Rather, we see there are always many things in our lives and hearts that lead us to transgression. In King David’s life we see how even a man after God’s own heart could lose his way … but how God could bring him (and any of us!) back.
Sunday, April 21, 2022 - The Bible tells us that God is good and loves us, but we all have times in life when it doesn’t feel that way. In fact, sometimes God’s love feels the opposite of that. But watch what happens when Jesus invites three people into one of the greatest miracles He ever performed . . . raising a man from the dead!
Sunday, August 14th, 2022 - Of all the Jewish feasts Jesus chose the Passover as the time to institute the Lord’s Supper and the time of His crucifixion. But what seemed random at the time to the disciples would take on extraordinary meaning after Jesus’ resurrection, and continues to do so today!
The Book of Ruth concludes with perhaps one of the most surprising and astounding endings found in any story. The story literally encompasses and predicts the entire Gospel – a thousand years before it would even happen. In Boaz we see the result of the transformational grace of Jesus in our own lives but also in the way He seeks to build His Kingdom through us. Do not miss this!
Sunday, 31 July, 2022 - God’s provisions & promises are found throughout all of Scripture. He has a way of taking care of us even when we cannot see the provision in our midst. Boaz models for us not only the upright character of one who follows God, but as well, he is a model of the redemption we find through our Christ and Lord, Jesus. He is an example of both provision & promise.
