Tuesday, December 24, 2024 - Galatians 4:4-5 | Christmas is a celebration of God’s love and redemption. Through Jesus’ birth, God stepped into our brokenness to rescue humanity from sin and restore us to Himself.
Sunday, December 22 - Matthew 16:15 | Jesus asks His disciples a profound question: "Who do you say I am?" This question challenges us to reflect on our personal understanding of who Christ is in our lives. Is He just a good teacher, or is He truly our Savior and Lord? Our answer shapes not only our faith but also how we live and share His love with the world.
Sunday, December 15, 2024 - Philippians 4:10-22 | Paul’s letter closes with a thankful asterisk. The Philippians have fully supplied him but the fullness he finds is from somewhere else. In fact, even if he had nothing, Paul says he could do everything he has been sent to do. This is the power supplied to him - and us.
Sunday, December 8, 2024 - Philippians 4:1-9 | Paul urges us to stand firm in faith, be united, and always rejoice. He encourages us to let go of anxiety by bringing everything to God in prayer, trusting in His peace. Paul also reminds us to focus on what is good and live out what we’ve learned, knowing God’s peace is with us.
Sunday, December 1, 2024 - Philippians 3:12-21 | We are citizens of heaven, not tourists or visitors. Yet we didn’t grow up in this Kingdom, so there’s a lot to learn. Thankfully, as we find communities of believers, we find teachers, mentors, and partners in Christ to help learn from and learn with.
